Frequently Asked Questions

Why Is Banned Literature Planted on Jehovah’s Witnesses?

Evidence has accumulated that law enforcement officers and individuals who cooperate with them systematically plant printed publications included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials (FSEM) at worship services. Why do they do this?

Because some officials purposefully restrict the freedom of Jehovah's Witnesses. Most often, such officials have become victims of false information about Jehovah's Witnesses. In pursuit of their goal, they do not disdain any means.

Because there are no real violations of the law by Jehovah's Witnesses. Jehovah's Witnesses do not use FSEM publications in their religious use and scrupulously check worship buildings for their absence. Unscrupulous authorities are forced to falsify evidence in order to find a pretext to accuse Jehovah's Witnesses.

In some cases, the courts, having sorted it out, make decisions that restore justice.
